REHABILITATION SERVICES AUDIT

The Australasian Rehabilitation Outcomes Centre (AROC) has partnered with the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) to gain a greater understanding of the number, size and models of Rehabilitation services in Australia and New Zealand.

The aims of this first audit are to gain a greater understanding of the different rehabilitation models of care offered across Australia and New Zealand and identify contacts best able to respond to future, more detailed, surveys about their specific rehabilitation service/ward. Information will be used to inform future initiatives such as the national rehabiltiation strategy and further development of AROC's datasets, reporting and member resources.

All service and other contact details will remain confidential and any summary survey findings will not identify individual services by name.

We have attempted to make this survey language broad enough to cover the different rehabilitation services across public and private healthcare within Australia and New Zealand. If you have any queries about the questions or the survey, please contact aroc@uow.edu.au
